Writers signing up for this option will receiveĀ a ticket to the Talking About Takeaways in Nonfiction webinar plus a nonfiction picture book critique from Kirsten. You will post your work to the critique workspace by the critique deadline and Kirsten will return her comments to you within two weeks of the deadline.

Who this workshop is for: <p>Nonfiction children's writers looking to explore takeaways in their work and who are interested in professional eyes on their story.&nbsp;<br></p>

Focus: Children's - Picture Books - Nonfiction

Group size: 5 writers

Submissions: <p>Participants will submit one NONFICTION picture book manuscript at the due date. </p><p>Picture books: your work can be up to 1200 words including any backmatter (which you may submit or not, up to you).</p><p>Chapter books, middle grade, or CB/MG graphic novels: submit up to 1200 words plus a 1-2 page synopsis so Kirsten has context when reviewing your project.</p>

Fee

Members: $80; Non-members: $110
