Beth Terrill is the US picture book editor for NorthSouth Books. Beth is looking for fiction and nonfiction picture book manuscripts that are universal, inclusive, and original. She recently acquired Climb On! by Baptiste Paul, illustrated by Jacqueline Alcántara and Violet and the Crumbs by Abigail Rayner, illustrated by Molly Ruttan. Other books she's edited include Peace (Baptiste Paul, Miranda Paul, Estelí Meza), Frida Kahlo and Her Animalitos (Monica Brown, John Para), The Field (Baptiste Paul, Jacqueline Alcántara), The True Story of Zippy Chippy (Artie Bennett, Dave Szalay), Chilly da Vinci (Jarrett Rutland) , A Time to Act—JFK’s Big Speech (Shana Corey, R.
